Establishing ESB UK’s consumer presence in the British marketplace.

     

We helped define and launch this brand in the UK. The brand has the highest performing sign up in the group.

We spent a lot of time on defining the customer journey from on-boarding, to sign up to account management.
 
We worked closely with the client team to create a process that made it easy for sign ups. Conversion on sign up form is currently 14%. Previously the brand saw a 2.1% average sign up rate in other parts of the business, so this has been a significant step change in performance.
