The Role:

The Digital Delivery Manager will work as part of the project management team. You should be able to speak confidently on technical matters, have the ability to juggle standard project constraints within complex evolving environments while ensuring stakeholder buy-in throughout the various stages of delivery.

You will work closely within a highly creative and innovative team, so you must have a passion for what creativity and design can do for humans & brands.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in delivering exceptional quality projects that exceed client expectations, on time and within budget
• Forge strong, collaborative partnerships with your team members and clients to drive success
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, setting and managing expectations for scope, timeline, and budget
• Take charge of all aspects of project delivery, from planning and directing schedules to overseeing project budgets
• Be a problem-solver, tackling any obstacles that arise and ensuring smooth project execution
• Track and report project progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement to drive continuous improvement
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and accountability
• Be the go-to person for all things project related, responsible for the entire life cycle of multiple client projects.

 

Requirements:

• A track record of success in driving digital projects to completion, with a wealth of experience gained in a digital agency
• A history of delivering creative projects at scale, and the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
• A deep understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including techniques for digital solutions such as requirements definition, sitemaps, wireframes, and web analytics
• Exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to manage relationships at all levels to drive high levels of satisfaction
• A process-oriented mindset with clear, proactive communication and strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate and resolve conflicts, work under pressure, and drive solutions-based thinking
• Proven experience in managing the expectations of stakeholders both internally and externally and implementing processes to ensure quality delivery
• A meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering the highest quality solutions
• A natural ability to lead and inspire team members to deliver on schedule and within budget constraints
• A can-do attitude with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong technical literacy and the ability to communicate complex digital solutions in layperson’s terms
• A passion for thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
